CBRE’s Steve Preston, Jack Armstrong and Will Goodman have over 50 years of combined expertise in the Nashville industrial market and neighboring states. During the past year, the team has completed over 350 transactions across over 50 cities in four states, including Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
In 2024, the team closed on 65 transactions totaling 4.9 million square feet. Notable deals included Schneider Electric’s 500,000-square-foot lease extension at First Rockdale IV in Mount Juliet, TN. The transaction will increase Schneider’s total employment in Tennessee to 1,900 across its Franklin, Maryville, Memphis, Smyrna and Mount Juliet facilities.
