Notable deals included a 235,000-square-foot lease in Buford, GA, on behalf of FRM Inc., a 65,000-square-foot cold storage lease transaction for Harvest Valley in Lithonia, GA, and a 150,000-square-foot build-to-suit for Kings Hawaiian in Oakwood, GA.
