Don McMinn, Senior Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, specializes in acquiring and disposing of net-leased retail assets across the Southeast and nationwide.
As the founder and co-leader of the Taylor McMinn Retail Group, he has built an experienced investment sales team that has closed more than 900 transactions across 44 states, exceeding $2.2 billion in total volume.
McMinn leverages his strong industry relationships and market insights to drive successful outcomes, solidifying his influence in the Southeast market and beyond.
In 2024, McMinn closed 54 transactions in 17 states totaling more than $123 million with some of the nation’s top real estate firms. Notable transactions included 32 Dollar General stores, the first two Wawa convenience stores in Alabama, three new corporate Whataburger restaurants in the Southeast and three build-to-suit Firestone facilities.
