Jared Sobel

Jared Sobel is a senior managing director specializing in multifamily finance and is based in New York City. Bringing extensive experience to Walker & Dunlop, Sobel is an expert in multifamily financing and is responsible for new loan originations nationwide. Under his leadership, he has four direct reports who focus on multifamily loans, helping to provide sustainable and affordable financing solutions for apartment properties.  

Sobel and his team at Walker & Dunlop distinguished themselves in 2023 with a series of noteworthy transactions, completing approximately 10 loans for a local NYC investment group specializing in substantial rehabilitation of rent-controlled assets.
