Notable highlights included the sale of the 345-unit Grandscape Apartments

Northmarq’s Dallas Investment Sales office team consists of Taylor Snoddy, Eric Stockley, Charles Hubbard, Lauren Bresky and Kevin Leamy. In 2023, the team closed 31 transactions totaling over $1 billion.

A notable highlight was the sale of LIVE Grandscape Apartments, a 345-unit multifamily property in The Colony, TX. LIVE Grandscape is part of the Grandscape mixed-use development. The team represented developers Lanoha Development and Berkshire Hathaway and procured the buyer, Beachwold Residential.

These are some of the reasons we selected Northmarq’s Dallas Investment Sales office team as one of the Texas winners in Connect CRE’s 2024 Top Broker Awards.
