Grant Hortenstine joined Savills as managing director in February 2020 and quickly became one of Houston’s most active industrial brokers. In 2023, he executed transactions with an estimated value of $50 million and advised clients in leasing approximately 1.2 million square feet. Additionally, he represented clients in two building sales totaling $3.2 million.
Notable highlights included negotiating a 135,285-square-foot lease at Portside Logistics Center in Baytown, TX, on behalf of tenant Tigerhawk Logistics. Hortenstine also led the tenant advisory team in representing ZXP Technologies in its 89,445-square-foot lease renewal in Baytown; Lockwood Partners in its 78,490 square-foot lease in Pasadena, TX; Williams Valve in its 50,000-square-foot Houston relocation and expansion; and Pangea International in the renewal of its 50,000-square-foot space in Houston.
