Vice Chairmen John Goodman and Eric Feinberg lead Savills’ Feinberg-Goodman tenant advisory team. It includes Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz, Associate Director Brandon Nasatir and Client Services Associate Laura Ormiston. During 2023, the team handled 22 transactions in Chicagoland, closing on 518,000 square feet.

Notable deals included representation of the Family Institute at Northwestern University in lease negotiations for 15,000 square feet in a new North Michigan Avenue office building. The team also worked on behalf of Monroe Capital in its 40,000-square-foot relocation and expansion at 155 N. Wacker Dr. It represented Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP in renewing the law firm’s 25,771-square-foot lease at 321 N. Clark St. in downtown Chicago.

Finally, the Feinberg-Goodman team advised TOPCO in the sale of its 178,226 square-foot headquarters at 150 Northwest Point Boulevard in Elk Grove, IL. Aligned acquired the facility for $14.4 million. Additionally, the team advised TOPCO in its new headquarters lease in Itasca, IL, totaling 81,614 square feet.
