As a director of Cushman & Wakefield and a member of the firm’s industrial real estate team, Taylor Hudson participated in 110 transactions totaling over 4.4 million square feet and $325 million in deal volume within the past three years.

Hudson’s experience playing college baseball instilled within him qualities such as dedication, discipline and teamwork that transcend the sports field. Navigating the challenges of collegiate athletics, from overcoming injuries to managing demanding schedules, fortified his resilience and commitment to excellence. The leadership skills he developed through teamwork, further enriched by his involvement in community service and mentoring, underscore his capacity to inspire and positively impact others.

Hudson works closely with junior brokers to provide guidance and membership. He is also a volunteer coach for local junior football and baseball teams. He has consistently been ranked in the Top 10 for Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle office.
