Washington Real Estate Advisors

Involved in representation of over 5 million square feet at a value of $500 million

Works with corporate clients, municipalities and private high-net-worth families

As a project manager with Washington Real Estate Advisors, Alana Garrett provides detailed service and performance not often associated with the fast-paced brokerage environment. She has worked directly with notable clients such as Prologis, GLP, First Industrial, Vulcan Real Este, Duke Realty, Panattoni, BlackCreek, and Macy’s, as well as other venerable companies, municipalities, and private high-net-worth families and tenants.

Her investments and leasing background provide both private and public clients with a deep assessment of the Puget Sound real estate environment. Since joining the firm, she has been strategically involved in representing over 5 million square feet of space in the Northwest, with a transaction value in excess of $500 million.

Prior to joining WA-REA, Garrett was with West Realty Advisors in San Diego, where she was recognized for her talents and received the Rising Star Award early on in her career. She received a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Pacific.

These are just a few reasons we selected Alana Garrett as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
