Based out of PacTrust’s Portland office, Caitlin Knecht is responsible for leasing PacTrust’s Portland-area office, industrial and flex projects. As the newest member of PacTrust’s leasing team, Knecht demonstrates exceptional talent in matching prospective tenants’ needs with availabilities in PacTrust’s well-located, high-quality projects.

Caitlin spent four years as an associate broker with CBRE in the Portland office. A native Oregonian, she graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Economics. She is an ardent believer in the long-term growth and economic opportunities for Oregon businesses and is a member of NAIOP and its Developing Leader Board.

A lover of the outdoors, Knecht has section-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail and spends her free time enjoying Oregon’s natural beauty.
