Managed $8.1-million acquisition, leased to Chase Bank, on behalf of private investor

As a director with RIPCO, Ryan Tucker represents tenants and landlords, specializing in retail properties in Florida. Notable deals include representing restaurant Philipe Chow in securing its flagship location, a 14,000-square-foot space at 1 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach. He also managed the $8.1-million acquisition of a single-tenant net lease for Chase Bank in Miami’s MiMO district.

Tucker previously worked for Newmark, where he focused on lease restructuring for retailers. Upon joining RIPCO, he helped establish and expand the company’s presence in the Florida market.
