Notable transactions include the $180-million sale of office portfolio

Colliers Vice President Bastian Schauer co-leads the company’s South Florida Office team in selling office, medical office, industrial, retail and commercial land. During 2023, the team closed 19 sales totaling $214 million. One notable transaction involved the $180-million sale of nine Class A suburban office buildings net leased to Keiser University.

Schauer arrived in South Florida from his hometown of Munich, Germany, at 18, earning his master’s degree in a foreign country with a limited support system. He began his career at Colliers 10 years ago as an analyst.

He is a member of numerous real estate organizations and chambers of commerce and supports several local charities. Schauer received multiple awards and accolades, including NAIOP’s Private Sale of the Year.
