His team arranged the sale of Holiday Inn Rock Hill, a 114-room property at 503 Galleria Blvd. in Rock Hill, SC. They also were involved in the $11.75-million sale of Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport hotel, a 112-room property at 7619 Thorndike Rd. in Greensboro, NC.
He is an active member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association and received a Certification of Hotel Ownership from the organization. He is also active with his alma mater, Florida Atlantic University, and participated in the FAU College of Business Mentoring Program.
Shamay was named one of Cushman & Wakefield’s Top Producers and received the Americas Achievement Award. While working with Marcus & Millichap, he received the company’s National Achievement and Sales Recognition awards.
These are just a few reasons we selected Gabriel Shamay as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
