Represents tenants, including Activation Blizzard, Anerson Tax, Guggenheim and Raymond James, in lease agreements

Mary Patalita is a Cushman & Wakefield Senior Associate. Her daily responsibilities include advising high-profile landlords, including Hines (South Station Tower), Rockpoint (75 State Street and 160 Federal Street), Manulife (200 Berkeley) and Heitman (28 State Street). Her tenant list includes Jones Day, IBM and Verizon.

Notable representation deals include working with Activision Blizzard, Ameriprise, Anderson Tax, Guggenheim, New Ecology, RMF Engineering and Raymond James. In this role, she advised these tenants on their real estate strategies while representing them in lease negotiations.

Patalita is active with the Commercial Brokers Association and CREW Boston, where she participates in that organization’s mentor program. This helps develop emerging talents while building a supportive and empowering community. On a community level, Patalita is president of the Holy Cross Club of Greater Boston. As that organization’s Scholarship Chair, she oversees scholarship distribution to deserving students.

These are just a few reasons we selected Mary Patalita as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
