As an advisor with Colliers’ Boston Life Science Practice Team, Caitlin Mahoney handles tenant and landlord representation in the life sciences real estate area. She is part of a team that works with organizations including 24M Technologies, Affini-T Therapeutics, Be Bio, Beacon Therapy, Tome Bio, Vigil Neuroscience and Xilio Therapeutics.
Notable transactions include working with the team to represent Orbital Therapeutics in its 157,274-square-foot lease at 100 Binney St. in Cambridge, MA; the total consideration was $2.1 million. Additionally, Mahoney and the team negotiated a 69,358-square-foot lease termination agreement at 100 Technology Square on behalf of Magenta Therapeutics and represented Ascend Elements in negotiating a 101,000-square-foot lease in Devens, MA.
Mahoney supports women in real estate and is a sought-after speaker for many programs. She has been honored by Colliers with its Team Values Award and by Connect CRE as a Top Broker. Her community activities include serving meals at the Women’s Lunch Place and running the Boston Marathon, during which she raised $25,000 for Brigham & Women’s Stepping Strong Trauma Program.
