As an advisor with Colliers’ Boston Life Science Practice Team, Caitlin Mahoney handles tenant and landlord representation in the life sciences real estate area. She is part of a team that works with organizations including 24M Technologies, Affini-T Therapeutics, Be Bio, Beacon Therapy, Tome Bio, Vigil Neuroscience and Xilio Therapeutics.

Notable transactions include working with the team to represent Orbital Therapeutics in its 157,274-square-foot lease at 100 Binney St. in Cambridge, MA; the total consideration was $2.1 million. Mahoney supports women in real estate and is a sought-after speaker for many programs. She has been honored by Colliers with its Team Values Award and by Connect CRE as a Top Broker. Her community activities include serving meals at the Women’s Lunch Place and running the Boston Marathon, during which she raised $25,000 for Brigham & Women’s Stepping Strong Trauma Program.

These are just a few reasons we selected Caitlin Mahoney as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
