Oversees four projects totaling over 900,000 square feet for a life science/pharmaceutical client

Successfully turned over a lab project that was behind schedule

Chris Guilmet is a senior project manager at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services. He oversees four large projects totaling over 900,000 square feet for a major life science and pharmaceutical client. In his role, Guilmet handles activities ranging from MEP installations, startups, and commissioning to new lab fit-outs.

One performance highlight involved successfully turning over a lab project that was more than four months behind schedule. He rectified the design and supported the project through execution, getting the timeline back on track.

Guilmet is active with Northstar’s Business Development Committee, where he helps form strategy and identifies and reviews business opportunities. He also works with the company’s Workplace Committee, which plans and implements office improvement projects. Guilment participates in at least ten industry events annually while mentoring and working with young engineers and construction managers on various projects.

He’s an active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.

These are just a few reasons we selected Chris Guilmet as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
