Julie Ingersoll has served as the CIO for the Americas Direct Real Estate Strategies for CBRE Investment Management since 2021. She is responsible for the investment strategy, portfolio management, and analytics of more than $33 billion in assets under management.

Under her direction, new programs have been introduced to grow the investment teams’ skillsets beyond Argus and Excel into coding, database management and data visualization.
