In 2022, the team closed on nearly $2 billion of debt and equity, targeting more than 10,000 multifamily units and more than 2 million square feet of commercial space. The 69 transactions spanned the major commercial real estate asset classes including multifamily, single-family rental, build-to-rent, retail, office and self-storage

The team has experience in capitalizing cash flowing assets, value-add business plans, JV equity, preferred equity and development transactions.
