Newmark’s Adam Randall has deep experience structuring loans collateralized by conventional multifamily, student housing and other commercial real estate. He has worked on loan requests that have included near-stabilized properties as well as structured complex credit facilities and hotels. Randall’s ability to navigate the turbulence of the past year to close deals and deliver terms at solid rates was a testimony to his strong relationships with both his lending partners and clients.
