Specializing in multifamily loan originations across the country, CBRE’s Greater Los Angeles Multifamily Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) team has cultivated a comprehensive national network of lenders to source aggressive capital and deliver tailored financing solutions. The team, led by Troy Tegeler, Trevor Breaux and Ryan Greer, is one of the largest DSF teams at CBRE. The group consists of 16 dedicated professionals, including three producers, who operate out of Newport Beach and Los Angeles and bring a combined 150 years of experience to CBRE.

In 2022, the team completed 127 transactions in 2022 totaling more than $4.7 billion in transaction volume with 26 different lenders. The team financed over $3.5 billion during the first six months of the year, nearly evenly distributed between the agencies, debt funds, and banks/life companies. During the second half of 2022, lending volume pivoted towards more agency execution.

Notable transactions included a 10-year construction loan with fixed-rate financing at 3.5%  for 450 units in the Phoenix, AZ area and acquisition financing for a Vancouver, WA portfolio involving long-term, 15-year fixed-rate financing at 3.27%.

These are some of the reasons we selected Troy Tegeler, Trevor Breaux and Ryan Greer for inclusion in the 2023 Connect CRE Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest commercial real estate finance standards.
