During 2022, Newmark’s Brittany Robinson and Sarah Anderson closed more than $964.2 million in financing across 21 transactions.

Notable transactions included a refinance of a construction loan for the 287-unit Club at Briarcliff Manor in Briarcliff Manor, NY. The team also closed on an $82-million construction loan for a project in Tysons Corner, VA.
