During her 35-year career, Achtemeier has originated, structured and closed over $55 billion of real estate financing transactions throughout the U.S., with an emphasis on portfolio loans and larger loans, construction loans and JV equity.
Achtemeier is also part of CBRE National Partners, a market-leading industrial/logistics team within CBRE Capital Markets.
Notable 2022 transactions included closing a $135-million construction loan on the speculative industrial Hesperia Commerce Center; a $150-million core loan for Tropical Logistics, an industrial property in Las Vegas; and a $100-million loan on behalf of Conair Logistics in Phoenix.
