As a Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, Meredith LaPier has led some of the most significant real estate assignments on behalf of corporate occupiers in the Washington, D.C. region and across the United States. During 2022, she handled 243 transactions totaling more than 4.2 million square feet, with a sales transaction volume of $92.5 million.
In 2022, she conducted a number of transactions on behalf of a confidential client’s national office portfolio. She was also one of the key members representing CBRE in the lease of their new Northern Virginia office at The Boro in Tysons, VA.
LaPier represents an array of Fortune 100 companies, media and technology corporations and government contractors. She co-leads a team of 10 professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results for clients.
LaPier currently serves on the leadership committee of CBRE’s Technology and Media Practice Group.
