Jonathan Brody is the President of Rosewood’s National Investment Sales Division. Launched in 2020, the team today consists of 15 brokers who work aggressively to source off-market multifamily deals and match the right buyers with sellers across some 18 states. During 2022, the team closed 43 multifamily transactions totaling $1.3 billion.

Notable transactions included the $150-million Hearth Homes Portfolio, consisting of 53 apartment buildings totaling 600 units in Kentucky and Ohio; the $109.7-million sale of the 384-unit Overall Cree Apartments in Murfreesboro, TN; the $101-million sale of the 340-unit Royce at Trumbull in Trumbull, CT; and the $75-million sale of Bridle Creek, a 384-unit property in Lexington, KY.

Many of Rosewood’s deals illustrate a continuous ability to execute in the off-market space. Whether a smaller group or institutional group, people see the value Brody and his team bring to the table to bring deals to the finish line significantly faster than most.
