Helped secure $5.6 million in financing for a Herkimer County distribution center project
Represented owners in the $4.5-million sale of a Harlem brownstone
Daniel Seidenstein, partner at Thompson LLP, represents clients in transactions involving major office spaces, retail stores and billboard space. During the past year, he represented clients in financing and sales transactions valued at more than $10 million.
Transactions included securing $6.6 million in financing for a distribution center project in Herkimer County, NY. He also represented owners of a Harlem brownstone in a $4.5-million sale. He finalized a lease for a Long Island motel project in Northfork, contributing to the transformation of the property into an upscale hotel, which will boost the local economy.
Seidenstein also litigated matters before the New York Civil Courts and litigated and arbitrated real estate disputes in New York Federal, State and Civil Courts and with the American Arbitration Association.
Seidenstein received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
