Manages a highly complex book of business with partner

In her role as Stream Realty Partners Vice President, Lena Pierce closed more than 2.7 million square feet of industrial transactions in 2022.

The book of business she has with her partner, Ryan Boozer, is highly complex. It requires an ability to manage a lot of projects and details at the same time, a task at which Pierce is highly capable.

Pierce is also very diplomatic. Her ability to remain cool and collected during difficult negotiations or when dealing with challenging people is unmatched in the office.
