Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation

Closed more than $500 million in capital deals during his career

Dedicated to community-beneficial real estate projects

Duke Dennis is a Director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). In this role, Dennis is responsible for originating commercial debt and equity across various property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, medical, and self-storage. With over seven years of finance experience, He sources capital for acquisitions, refinance, construction, and repositions. Over the course of his financing career, he has closed more than $500 million in capital deals, including more than $142 million in 2022.

He seeks out unique and atypical projects that usually include a public/private partnership component as a means to encourage 1) new development in lower-income or re-developing areas and 2) public support for projects the areas deem will be beneficial to the community.

In addition to his business accomplishments, the mentorship side of the business is where he spends a significant amount of time as he wants to give back the same way others guided him when he first started.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Dennis serves as the Fort Worth Regional Director for the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals. Dennis also collaborates and participates in speaking engagements with A&M University staff to grow their real estate programs.

These are just a few reasons we chose Duke Dennis as one of Connect CRE Texas’ 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
