Josh Bishop serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Director within the net lease retail division at Matthews. He has closed upwards of 100 deals annually.
For more than a decade, Bishop has consistently ranked as one of the top agents nationwide, specifically within his dollar store specialty. He has perfected a niche specialty and showing that hard work and consistency pay off. Bishop takes the initiative to keep track of lenders, inspectors and all other stakeholders involved in the acquisition process to avoid delays and meet deadlines.
