Keyvan Ghaytanchi is president and CEO of BEB Lending, which launched in March 2020 as the finance platform of BEB Capital. BEB Capital develops industrial, office and multifamily assets throughout the East Coast. BEB Lending finances commercial real estate asset in primary and secondary markets nationwide, with loans ranging from $5 to $50 million. The company services multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, development sites, note-on-note financing and other commercial property types.
In February 2022, BEB Lending announced it surpassed a $100-million milestone of deployed capital, with the goal of deploying an additional $150 million by the end of the year. BEB Lending also recently expanded operations to Massachusetts and Ohio, joining Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania as states BEB operates in.
Noteworthy transactions include a $10-million loan to finance three buildings totaling 135,000 square feet in Broomall, PA.
