Leveraged MMCC's strategic alliance with M&T Realty Capital on deal for new-construction multifamily
Joseph Belgiovine rejoined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation’s (MMCC) Saddle Brook, NJ office in 2019 as Vice President of Capital Markets, where he is responsible for arranging debt and equity financing for multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties nationwide.
Since his return, he has become a top-producing originator in the Tri-State area; one notable transaction involved securing financing for a new Class A, 113-unit mixed-use building in Linden, NJ. To find the financing, Belgiovine spearheaded an extensive marketing campaign directed to local and national banks, agency lenders and CMBS lenders. Ultimately, he leveraged the firm’s strategic alliance with M&T Realty Capital, which accomplished all of the seller’s objectives.
