Secured 1-million-square-foot build-to-suite warehouse in Fort Worth for HomeGoods

Tony Kepano is a vice chairman with CBRE’s industrial and logistics advisory and transaction services. He has been supplying brokerage services to global companies for more than 35 years and has been one of CBRE’s top producers throughout the entire company, which spans more than 100 countries.

One of Tony’s largest deals last year was the lease of a one million-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse by HomeGoods in Fort Worth, TX. As customers have shifted to online shopping and are demanding their products be delivered more quickly, Tony has been helping some of the world’s largest retailers find new locations closer to customers, while continuing to find solutions to their real estate challenges.

Tony’s experience, industry knowledge and work ethic have resulted in tremendous results for his clients and will do so for years to come.
