Closed on three build-to-rent communities in the southeast at a value of $90 million
Brokered the $63-million sale of Soleil Apartments in Chandler, AZ
Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Phoenix finished second on Northmarq’s leaderboard, closing 55 sales valued at nearly $2 billion. The team also completed 21 single-family rental, build-to-rent sales in 2021, at a consideration of close to $1 billion; leading the country based on volume in this product type.
Led by Trevor Koskovich and Bill Hahn, the team has successfully closed transactions throughout Arizona, as well as in Albuquerque and El Paso.
Some 2021 notable transactions in 2021 included three build-to-rent communities in Georgia, North Carolina and south Carolina for more than $90 million; the $63-million sale of Soleil Apartments in Chandler, AZ and the $32.8-million disposition of the Apple Apartments in Tucson. The team also arranged for the sale and financing of two Phoenix-area Christopher Todd BTR properties.
