Lindsay Schuckman
Role is balanced between acquisitions and asset management
Focuses on suburban markets
Serves on Praedium’s ESG committee
During Lindsay Schuckman’s eight years at The Praedium Group, she has consistently demonstrated sharp skills for highlighting growth markets and sourcing properties that fit the company’s portfolio. She also serves as a mentor and resource for the firm’s younger staff. At Praedium, where Schuckman is currently VP, her role is balanced between acquisitions and asset management. On the acquisitions side, her responsibilities include sourcing transactions through her wide network built throughout her career, maintaining a thorough understanding of markets to efficiently analyze and bring successful deals to Praedium, and ultimately bringing the transaction to fruition through effective due diligence and achieving Investment Committee approval.
The New York City-based Schuckman’s main geographic focus is on suburban growth markets in Colorado, Florida, Washington, and Northern California. She remains involved throughout the life of the transaction, including asset management throughout the hold and the final disposition.
Work relationships are very important to Schuckman, and she is a strong team player. Lindsay serves on Praedium’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee which is focused on shaping ESG policies and implementation at Praedium’s assets. She’s also seen as an inspiration to the women in the office and as a wonderful example of a VP in the industry.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Schuckman as one of the New York 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
