In 2020 alone, Korer arranged construction and bridge-completion financing on 858 units within the niche multifamily asset class including The Bungalows on Camelback, a 325-unit built-to-rent community in Glendale.
His expertise in this space can be exemplified through the economic and non-economic terms that were negotiated on behalf of his clients.
Jeremy Korer of Cushman & Wakefield’s equity, debt and structured finance group based in Phoenix was a market leader in 2020, arranging more than $165 million in financing on multifamily, industrial and retail assets across the Phoenix metro. Korer is most notable for his involvement and pioneering within the built-to-rent multifamily development market also known as the single-family rental market in the Phoenix metro.
These are some of the reasons we selected Korer for inclusion in our first-ever Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
