Matthew Tarpley is VP of H2C’s healthcare real estate team that handles equity and debt placements, along with investment sales for healthcare real estate exclusively. From the second half of 2020 and into 2021, New York City-based Tarpley has closed six transactions (both equity and debt) totaling $95 million in 2020. 

There are also $120 million in financings that are under definitive agreement thus far in 2021, including financings for medical office, seniors housing and specialty healthcare assets like inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health.
