Tom Sullivan leads Cushman & Wakefield’s New England practice and has closed more than $10 billion of commercial real estate debt and equity over then course of his career.
While 2020 presented some unique challenges to the commercial real estate industry, Sullivan continued to grow the firm’s Boston EDSF business, resulting in a successful year for closings. All told in 2020, Sullivan and his team closed $540 million across 19 transactions.
Some notable transactions for the team included the $256 million bridge financing placement on TPG’s acquisition of the Centerpoint/Gauge Life Science Campus in Waltham as well as the $67.5 million refinance of the Grid District in Downtown Worcester.
These are some of the reasons we selected Sullivan and his team for inclusion in our first-ever Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
