Combined, the team more than 60 years of real estate experience completing over $15 billion in capital markets transactions of office, life sciences, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.

In 2020, the team worked on numerous transactions across asset types (life sciences, industrial, multifamily, office) and profiles (construction, bridge, stabilized). Notable transactions included the financing of a large life sciences build-to-suit construction project, an urban industrial portfolio, and a multifamily development. The transactions were highly competitive delivering market leading execution at the time of origination.
