Ryan Brodsky has been working for Colliers as an associate of Retail Services for under two years in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry. He’s part of an elite group of brokers focusing on leasing and sales efforts for Colliers’ urban/lifestyle practice. In that time, Brodsky has mastered his understanding of the markets and has utilized his background in business and entrepreneurship to effectively tailor solutions for his clients.

Brodsky was recognized for the 2020 Rising Star award in South Florida by Colliers. This award recognizes up-and-coming talented brokers with less than two years in full-time brokerage who have demonstrated outstanding performance, show tremendous future promise, are committed to building expertise and clearly exhibit Colliers’ core values. He’s also a member of the Future of Real Estate Networking Group.

Alongside the executive managing directors of retail services, Brodsky focuses primarily on landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of high street urban retail properties associated with high pedestrian foot traffic and vertical environments. Together with his team, he has completed multiple transactions on Lincoln Road and in Brickell, Downtown Miami and lifestyle centers throughout South Florida. His major listings include 551 Lincoln Road Theatre, 833 Lincoln Road and representing Clarion Partners in securing space in the Lincoln Building on Miami Beach.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 15-20 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces. Prior to joining Connect, Paul was Managing Editor for both Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com at American Lawyer Media, where he oversaw operations at both publications while also producing daily news and feature-length articles. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
