Stephen M. Rice is a founding partner of Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll LLP. Rice practices primarily the areas of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, venture formation and general real estate development matters. Rice also serves as general counsel to Basic Management Inc. and its affiliated companies, one of the largest landowners in the Las Vegas Valley. He was previously a partner with the law firm of Jones Vargas in Las Vegas and was associated with the firm of Gilchrist & Rutter in Los Angeles.
Rice is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the law school of the University of California, Los Angeles. He also received an LLM (taxation) from the University of San Diego, graduating summa cum laude. Rice is a member of the bars of Nevada, California and Texas.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
