Beth Mankamyer practices in real estate transactions, focusing on residential and commercial purchases and sales and representing parties in for sale by owner transactions, leases and other real estate matters. She represents individuals and businesses with real estate needs, including owners in the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts.

Mankamyer has experience representing dentists and dental practices in entity formation, corporate law and property transactions such as leases. Her entire career has focused on real estate law and has had extensive training in all aspects of real estate law.

An active attorney in the Denver community, Mankamyer served as the chair of the Denver Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Executive Council and as its secretary and chair-elect. Mankamyer is also a member of the Denver Bar Association Community Action Network.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
