Amy Hansen joined Polsinelli in 2015, bringing multiple clients with her, and immediately built a broader base for the department, its practices and firm.

Hansen has served as the go-to attorney for a real estate investment and development company that has developed more than 10 million square feet of residential, office and health care-related space in the western United States during its 25+ year history. She also represents one of the premier ski resort developers globally who operates 37 ski resorts in the United States, Canada and Australia. In addition, Hansen also represents a triple net lease REITs that have bought or built more than $23 billion of properties throughout its more than 25-year history. Hansen and her team represent the client in its development investments nationwide.

As chair of the firm’s real estate department, Hansen is proud to have helped substantially grow and develop the real estate practice. She worked to develop the team and is an essential part of the firm’s recruitment efforts. Now one of the 10 largest real estate practice groups in the country with more than 140 real estate attorneys nationally.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
