Partner and co-chair of the real estate and zoning & land use practice at Fox Rothschild, Robert Gundlach represent clients in both transactional and zoning/land use matters. He’s a recognized authority in real estate law.
On the transactional side, Gundlach represents clients in matters ranging from agreements of sale to leasing (on both the landlord and tenant side) and financing (on both the lender and borrower side). In the area of zoning/land use work, Gundlach represents developers, builders and property owners in Philadelphia and the surrounding Pennsylvania and New Jersey suburbs.
Finally, Gundlach handles real estate litigation work involving zoning and land use appeals and related litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, mortgage foreclosures, tax assessment appeals and condemnation, dedications under the Municipalities Planning Code, preliminary injunctions and other emergency actions, specific performance claims under agreements of sale and Lis Pendens filings, and contract enforcement.
Gundlach is a frequent lecturer and author on real estate subjects in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including annual updates on zoning and land use cases and legislation. Gundlach is the organizer for Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s preeminent biannual Land Use Institute program. In Bucks County, he has served as a board member on the Bucks County Planning Commission and Bucks County’s Open Space Task Force; a presenter for the Bucks County Small Business Conference; and a board member of the Bucks County Community College Authority and the Bucks County Housing Group. In Philadelphia, he has been an active member of the Logan Square Neighborhood Association, the Friends of Rittenhouse Square and several nonprofit organizations.
These are some of the reasons that we named Gundlach to our National grouping of Lawyers in Real Estate. These are real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in both their practice and the larger community.
