Jamie Darcy Oversees $5.6M in 2026 Capital Projects
Jamie Darcy, director of property management at Anchor Health Properties, oversees more than one million square feet of medical outpatient space throughout the Atlanta market. Her portfolio serves institutional investors, healthcare providers, developers and private capital investors.
In 2026, Darcy helped lead 67 capital improvement and tenant improvement projects valued at more than $5.6 million. She shifted the Georgia team’s approach from property-by-property project management to a portfolio-wide strategy, bringing property management, asset management, engineering, construction and vendors together to prioritize needs, bundle scopes, and improve procurement. She also developed the Georgia Capital Project Summary and portfolio-wide RFP strategy.
She is active in Women in Healthcare, ULI Atlanta, IREM (where she holds the CPM designation), and other industry organizations.
In the community, Darcy volunteers with organizations including MedShare, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Susan G. Komen and Piedmont Park Conservancy. She is also active with Anchor-sponsored healthcare initiatives.
