Lisa Pittman Has Completed More Than 50M Square Feet of Industrial Assignments
Lisa Pittman, executive managing director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office, specializes in industrial tenant representation and advisory services for occupiers and investors across North America. Since joining the firm in 2004, she has completed more than 50 million square feet and 1,600 acres of client assignments.
Pittman led Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Industrial Tenant Representation practice for seven years, overseeing the profit and loss for a 20-person sales team. Since stepping away from that role, she has returned her focus to production, building a four-person team and posting the three best production years of her career. She recorded more than $60 million in production in 2025 and has been recognized as a Top Ten Producer for the Atlanta office.
Her client work includes assignments for Deutz, Weezie Towels, Superior Pool Corp., BlueLinx and Aramark on the tenant side and Cabot, DWS, Scannell, Granite REIT, Crow Holdings and OA Development on the landlord side.
She has also focused on recruiting and developing talent, particularly women in industrial brokerage. She mentors emerging professionals and is a research liaison for Cushman & Wakefield.
Pittman co-founded the Women in Logistics breakfast at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals’ annual conference and serves on the boards of the South Fulton CID and SIOR Georgia Chapter.
These are just a few reasons Lisa Pittman is among the Atlanta & Southeast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
