Candace Rimes Built Fogarty Finger’s Southeast Office From the Ground Up
Candace Rimes, director in Fogarty Finger’s Interiors Studio and head of the firm’s Southeast office, leads interior architecture and design for commercial and multifamily projects across the region.
Rimes joined Fogarty Finger more than a decade ago. In 2020, she moved to Atlanta to establish the company’s first Southeast office. Six years later, the office has grown from a one-person outpost to a 10-person team and serves as Fogarty Finger’s Southeast hub for commercial and multifamily work.
Her project portfolio includes the lobby and plaza repositioning of 1100 Peachtree, a 28-story Midtown office tower and the lobby, amenity and conference-center renovation of Proscenium, a 24-story Class-A office building.
Her Atlanta work has received AIA Georgia, Atlanta Magazine Georgia Design, Interior Design Magazine and IIDA Georgia honors. Rimes is also active with ULI, CREW Network and CoreNet Global and is a visiting critic and thesis junior with Auburn University.
These are just a few reasons Candace Rimes is among the Atlanta & Southeast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
