Mortenson’s Gregory Leads Positioning Efforts to Support Strategic Growth
Amber Gregory serves as a Business Development Manager at Mortenson, leading positioning efforts that support strategic growth and long-term client partnerships. She works seamlessly across business development, preconstruction, and marketing to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions that reflect Mortenson’s values and expertise.
In her role, Gregory focuses on building and strengthening relationships with key partners, identifying and advancing opportunities within targeted markets, and helping teams effectively communicate value during the pursuit process. She brings a strong understanding of market dynamics and client priorities, allowing her to position Mortenson strategically and proactively in competitive markets. Her collaborative approach supports alignment across internal teams while reinforcing Mortenson’s commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Before joining Mortenson, Gregory built a strong foundation in commercial real estate through progressive roles in development and property management. Most recently, she served as a Development Associate at Holland Partner Group, where she supported underwriting efforts, evaluated development sites, and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including construction, architects, and city officials, through all phases from entitlements and permitting to final delivery. Before that, she held roles at Legacy Partners and Essex Property Trust, where she managed leasing operations, financial performance, and resident relations across multiple properties. These early experiences provided her with a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and financial aspects of real estate, positioning her for continued growth into development and strategic business roles.
These are just a few reasons we chose Amber Gregory as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
