Lubeck Drives Institutional Fundraising for American Landmark Apartments
Tom Lubeck was promoted to Managing Director, Investments at America Landmark Apartments in May, 2026. He leads the firm’s institutional fundraising and capital markets strategy across its multifamily platform, which consists of more than 36,000 units, over $7 billion in gross asset value, and 800-plus team members.
Lubeck handles relationships with institutional and high-net-worth capital sources, overseeing fund launch and close execution, coordinating investor reporting and communications, and supporting the firm’s investment management operations.
He is also Secretary of American Landmark’s Investment Committee, where he supports deal review and decision-making across the firm’s growing Sun Belt portfolio.
One notable achievement involved working with the approximately $400 million first close of the closed-end, value-add American Landmark Fund V in early 2026. The fund targeted approximately $1 billion in total commitments, generating more than $3 billion in buying power.
Lubeck also helped close the American Landmark Fund IV at approximately $1.04 billion, which exceeded its original target.
Outside of his job, Lubeck serves on the Board of Volunteers at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is also involved with philanthropic initiatives supporting Jewish causes, children’s charities, and education.
He was named among GlobeSt’s Power Young Professionals.
These are just a few reasons we chose Tom Lubeck as one of Connect CRE’s National Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
