Okada with Colliers Drives Industrial Leasing and Sales Across Snohomish and King Counties

Company:

Colliers

As an Executive Vice President at Colliers in Puget Sound, Talor Okada specializes in industrial and office real estate throughout Snohomish and King Counties. He represents institutional owners, developers and growth-oriented companies.

Okada oversees all phases of the transaction process, including underwriting, site analysis, marketing strategy, negotiations and long-term client advisory. In 2025, he completed approximately 73 transactions totaling more than 500,000 square feet and more than $100 million in total consideration.

Notable deals include tenant representation for a 170,000-square-foot lease, which ranked as Snohomish County’s largest new industrial lease in 2025. Okada also represented sellers in the $11.5 million sale of an industrial asset in Monroe, WA and the $26.5 million sale of the 117,752 square-foot 4680 Campus Place in Mukilteo, WA.

In addition to his production volume, Okada leads a growing brokerage team of four associate-level brokers. He onboards and mentors newer brokers. Okada also supports alumni engagement with Seattle University, his alma mater, and participates in community and youth sports in the region.

Okada has been recognized by Colliers (Everest Club and Registry Brokerage Star) and by NAI (Global Top 100 Producer).

These are just a few reasons we chose Talor Okada as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
