Wolf Leads Portfolio Management and Transaction Execution at DLC
As Managing Director of Portfolio Management at DLC Management Corp., Anya Wolf oversees the Asset Management and Transactions teams, supporting acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio-wide investment strategy across the company’s national retail portfolio. She works with leasing, development, capital markets and property management teams to help drive portfolio performance and long-term value creation.
With Wolf’s help, DLC experienced one of its strongest years of growth in 2025, consisting of over $1.3 billion in acquisitions and strategic investment activity across its national retail portfolio. She played a critical role in overseeing transaction execution, portfolio integration, and operational coordination during a period of significant expansion. She also helped position the company for continued momentum through a robust 2026 pipeline.
Wolf is a former participant in DLC’s formal mentorship program and, as a member of DLC’s Executive Committee, contributes to strategic planning and company-wide initiatives focused on operational growth and process improvement. Anya also co-led DLC’s Business Innovation Committee.
She has participated in charitable events and volunteer efforts, including attending luncheons and fundraising initiatives supporting The Sharing Shelf, a Westchester County nonprofit that provides clothing and essentials to children and teens in need.
Wolf was honored with the inaugural Herizon Award.
These are just a few reasons we chose Anya Wolf as one of Connect CRE’s National Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
