Glassen Supports Major Transactions Across PRCP’s National Retail Portfolio
As an Investment Manager at Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP), Cameron Glassen is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing due diligence, and closing property acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across a billion-dollar nationwide portfolio. He provides asset management support for the firm’s diverse holdings.
Notable deals include working on Lakewood Center, a regional mall in California that was acquired for $332 million. PRCP assumed $300 million in existing financing, and Glassen put approximately $200 million worth of out-parcels up for sale and actively managed broker relationships.
He also helped close the $80-million acquisition of Chesterfield Town Center in Richmond, VA. He executed the $55-million disposition of The Village at Bridgewater Commons in New Jersey to a publicly traded REIT.
His 2026 goals include completing $200 million in asset dispositions, refinancing two $300-million loans, and pursuing multiple super-regional mall investment opportunities across the U.S.
Glassen is a mentor at PRCP, having previously guided a summer intern professional development program. He also recently took the lead on an initiative to incorporate AI technology into PRCP’s workflow.
Outside of the company, Glassen is involved with his alma mater, Indiana University, by connecting with high school students interested in studying at the university’s Kelley School of Business.
These are just a few reasons we chose Cameron Glassen as one of Connect CRE’s National Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
